During Black Friday 2024, Hotel Zinema7 launched a promotion and, for another year, trusted Emexs to turn its vision into an effective digital strategy. Our work together focused on maximizing direct bookings and increasing occupancy in key months.

The result: An attractive offer, a well-thought-out strategy and flawless execution resulted in impressive numbers and a long-term positive impact on hotel occupancy.

The strategy was the result of excellent teamwork between the revenue team, the marketing team of Hotel Zinema7 and Emexs. Based on a clear and well-defined brief from the hotel team, we were able to turn their vision into a strategy with concrete actions, maximizing the impact of the BLACKZINEMA7 offer, which offered a 35% discount. Thanks to this collaboration, spectacular results were achieved, with a significant growth compared to the previous year.
 

Black Friday 2024 results

Compared to the Black Friday campaign of 2023, the results of 2024 have been a resounding success. This year, bookings doubled, achieving a remarkable increase compared to 2023. In terms of revenue, a 67% increase was experienced over last year, reflecting a much more favorable response from customers and highlighting the effectiveness of the offer.
 

Impact on occupancy

The results of the Black Friday campaign were also reflected in the occupancy rate in December, showing a significant impact compared to the previous year. 

In 2023, occupancy in December increased by 6.12 percentage points following the launch of the Black Friday offer. In 2024, the impact was even more prominent: occupancy rose 26.1 percentage points, from 43.90% before the campaign to almost 70% afterwards. 

These results are evidence of how a well-executed digital marketing strategy can not only maximize sales at key times, but also generate a lasting impact on future stay planning.
